Accessibility

AI to the Max is committed to providing a website that as many people as possible can use, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with.

Our commitment

We want every visitor — whether they use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, speech input, or reduced-motion settings — to be able to read our content, browse open roles, and reach us. Accessibility is something we work on continually rather than a box we tick once.

Standards we work toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means we work on things like:

  • Meaningful headings, landmarks, and page titles on every page
  • Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link
  • Text and interface colours that meet contrast requirements
  • Descriptive alternative text for images and accessible names for controls
  • Forms with clear labels, required-field indicators, and helpful error messages
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference
  • Layouts that stay usable at 200% zoom and on small screens

Ongoing work

We test with automated tools and by hand, using keyboard-only navigation and screen readers. We do not claim the site is certified, guaranteed compliant, or free of every barrier, and we do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Where we find problems, we fix them in the site itself.

Third-party content

Some features rely on services we do not control, such as our scheduling page and our LinkedIn profile. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those services, but if one of them prevents you from reaching us, please contact us directly and we will help another way.

Tell us about a barrier

If you experience an accessibility barrier on this site, or need any content in a different format, email max@aitothemax.com. Please tell us the page address and what happened, and we will respond within one to two business days and work with you on an alternative in the meantime.
